I am a psychologist with British Psychological Society accreditation (MBPsS), certified Executive Function Coach and Qualified Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I help people reach their next level of excellence via executive function and peak performance coaching, Special Educational Needs (SEN) tuition, educational and behavioural consulting. My approach is fun, holistic and client led at heart.

I have 17 years of experience helping neurotypical and neurodiverse children, adolescents and adults from different parts of the world excel in their academics, behaviour, personal, emotional, mental and social life as well as in business. My individual coaching sessions exceed 10.000 hours.

I have worked as the Head of Humanities and Personal Social Health Education (PSHE) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher/Academic, Behaviour and Social Communication Coach in 8 SEN schools in Central London for the last 10 years. During this time I have been collaborating with high calibre multidisciplinary teams of Speech and Language Therapists, Educational, Counselling & Clinical Psychologists, Neuroscientists, Occupational Therapists & Life Coaches.
Furthermore, I have led mental health seminars for children and adolescents, served as an ambassador of UNISEF and I am a member of the British Psychological Society. In 2019 I gained full sponsorship of her Training in Executive Function Coaching by Connections in Mind.
I started my journey of helping people with self esteem and confidence challenges (as a result of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and dyslexia) maximise academic performance and improve behaviour when I was 19 years old. My first student with ADHD and dyslexia entered Law School after our 1:1 mentorship! Since then I have also been approached by neurodiverse high achievers, leaders and business owners who wanted to step up in their leadership and reach their next level of excellence.
