Neurodiversity & Executive Function Support

Support for children, teenagers, university students and adults experiencing challenges related to:

  • ADHD

  • AuDHD

  • Autism

  • Dyslexia

  • Executive function

  • Emotional regulation and overwhelm

  • Anxiety and burnout

  • Social and communication skills

  • Organisation, focus and follow-through

Many intelligent people are not struggling because they lack ability.

They are often overwhelmed, unsupported, emotionally exhausted or trying to learn in ways that do not suit how their brain works.

For some, this looks like procrastination, inconsistent performance, perfectionism or emotional overwhelm.

For others, it looks like masking, burnout, task avoidance, social anxiety or feeling “behind” despite trying incredibly hard.

Many people with ADHD and AuDHD are highly capable but stuck in cycles of overcompensating, pressure-based performance and self-doubt.

Coaching supports people to better understand how they learn, strengthen executive function, regulate emotions more effectively and build greater confidence, emotional intelligence and self-awareness academically and personally.

My Background & Approach

IMG-20250207-WA0007.jpg

My journey began in education as a qualified teacher, before expanding into psychology, executive function, ADHD, emotional intelligence and nervous system-informed approaches.

Over time, I combined these areas to create a more holistic approach supporting not only academic performance, but also confidence, emotional regulation, self-awareness and long term high achievement.

Since 2003, I have worked with children, teenagers, university students and adults across a wide range of neurodiversities and learning profiles, including ADHD, AuDHD, autism, dyslexia, and executive function difficulties.

My work is rooted in the belief that many people do not need more pressure - they need support that understands how their brain, nervous system and emotional world actually function.

My Coaching Philosophy

I believe learning works best when people feel emotionally safe, understood and supported.

Real growth does not happen through shame, pressure or constant comparison.

It happens when people develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence and the discernment needed to work with themselves rather than against themselves.

Coaching is not only about performance.

It is about supporting people to reconnect with their capabilities, strengthen self-management and move through life with greater clarity, confidence and inner sovereignty.
