Helping you thrive at work with practical, evidence-informed coaching.
If you are based in the UK and have ADHD, autism, dyslexia or another long-term physical or mental health condition affecting your ability to work, you may be eligible for funding through the UK Government's Access to Work scheme.
Access to Work may fund specialist coaching to help you strengthen executive functioning, improve workplace performance, develop confidence and build practical strategies that support long-term success at work.
Whether you're employed, self-employed, a freelancer, entrepreneur, apprentice, returning to work or starting a new role, coaching can help you work with greater clarity, confidence and consistency.
Most coaching sessions are delivered online across the UK and internationally, with selected face-to-face appointments available in Central London.

What is Access to Work?
Access to Work is a UK Government grant that helps people with disabilities and long-term physical or mental health conditions start work, stay in work and thrive in their careers.
Depending on your individual circumstances and assessment, the scheme may fund specialist coaching, assistive technology, workplace equipment and other practical support to help you succeed in your role.
For official information about eligibility and applications, please visit the Government website.
