Dyslexia stats
10 % of the population is believed to be dyslexics but this is often poorly understood. With the right support, the unique talents and strengths of dyslexic people can really shine
Why dyslexia coaching is important?
Dyslexia is a neurological uniqueness and can have a significant impact on a person's self-image, esteem, and confidence without the right support.
What is dyslexia?
Dyslexia is a learning uniqueness, which might affect executive functioning, word reading, and writing. It can range from mild to severe and it can cooccur with other learning differences. It usually runs in families and it is lifelong.
But dyslexic people are very entrepreneurial, innovative, creative with an out of box thinking and talent in speech, talents which are more than essential in real life. The educational system according to my opinion has been in the industry for the last 17 years is obsolete and outdated and has failed to provide a holistic education that prepares students for real life. This is the area people with dyslexia naturally thrive at and if observed and developed further early enough could give them an unfair advantage.
