I have been selected at the 500 Global Brainz Awards as one of the top leaders recognised for their success, achievements and dedication to helping others.

My individual coaching sessions exceed 10.000 hours. I have 18 years of experience coaching and mentoring neurodiverse children, adolescents and adults from different parts of the world to boost their academics, leadership, business, professional, personal, executive function, mindset, emotional, social and communication skills.

I specialise in coaching children, adolescents and adults with a diagnosis, suspicion or traits of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), ADD (attention deficit disorder), ASD (autism spectrum disorder),  dyslexia, executive function challenges (EF) and other needs.

I am currently writing a book and building a coaching app for people with ADHD on how to beat organisational chaos, time blindness and procrastination and improve focus, personal efficiency and productivity.

With equality and diversity at the heart of my work, I believe in a more equitable society with good mental health and world-class coaching for everyone, irrespective of geographical location, cultural background or diagnosis.

My approach is fun, holistic, and client-led at heart, and I have an insatiable desire to help people who need it the most. I would love to speak with you and be the catalyst for the change that you need.
