Love or Limerence?
You think about them constantly. Attraction feels enormous. A message can change your mood.
Is it love, limerence-or an ADHD brain turning up the volume?
Romantic love, hyperfocus, emotional dysregulation, rejection sensitivity and limerence can overlap, but they are not the same.
Intensity tells us something is powerful. It doesn't tell us what it is.
Perhaps the deeper question is:
